She runs until she is lost and bewildered in a Georgia swamp, where she discovers the existence of the wonderful place her father hinted at to her when she was only a child. In this magical, unreal world, just as she begins to discover the truth about her twisted family roots, three young men set their eyes on Jessica.

From the Author

Writing is an escape and I knew that early on in my life.  Through the pain and trials of life, God was and still is faithful through it all.There are many horrible, awful things that happen to the innocent--the ones who don't know how to fight or who to cling to.  As a child who clung to books for escape, I knew I wanted to pass along my love of story telling to others.  The books I read never mentioned God...well except for Judy Blumes, "Are you there God, it's me Margaret," so it wasn't until later in life I found, and excepted Jesus into my life.  So of course, my novels reflect my faith--not religion.  My story is about having a relationship that surpasses any other relationship.  The characters in my story come to realize their worth isn't measure by man, but a higher power who not only gave us all a greater purpose, but died for us because He loves us.
