This short book is about the experiences I endured with the condition of being exhausted. I experienced this fatigue and exhaustion on several occasions. I was mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally exhausted. This book was written to provide insight for anyone who is dealing with fatigue and exhaustion. This book is also written as a warning. I hope to help the reader identify the signs of burnout as soon as it begins. Bad decisions made by a mentally weak man or a mentally weak woman can lead to negative long-lasting consequences. I hope this book helps the reader learn how to overcome exhaustion.
