This book highlights some of the themes that consistently arise in my work as a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor.

For decades I have held a deep-rooted passion for inner child, existential and gestalt work, and their ability to deeply connect us with ourselves and the clients we accompany.
