Light, Love and Soul Progression

A compilation of spiritual messages and writings received by a well-respected medium, Sheila Margarets, together with the comments and interpretations of the author. All experiences, good and bad, are part of Spiritual Progression, whether in the body or in the World of Spirit, whether in past lifetimes, this incarnation, or future reincarnations. They also show nothing is ever missed by the universe, that we can’t “get away with murder”, we are accountable for all our thoughts, words, and deeds and that we are all part of one source and thus connected.

Roy P Harding grew up in apartheid South Africa in a poor home, but qualified as a Chartered Accountant, despite coming from the wrong side of town. Sheila Margarets mentored Roy from 2009 until 2021 and helped him develop the ability to understand and interpret the messages she was receiving. He now wishes to challenge the establishment and help humans to open their minds to either accept or reject these writings.
