Lightbringer (Paperback)

The light survived the battle. Now it must survive the grief.

Tom is gone.

For Holly, the Lightbringer chosen by the gods, victory came at a devastating price. The Shadow has finally been imprisoned, the spirit realm is beginning to heal, and the world is safer than it has been in years-but none of it matters without the man she loved.

Haunted by guilt and convinced she failed everyone who depended on her, Holly begins to withdraw from the people trying to help her. As grief threatens to consume her, she is forced back into the spirit realm, where new responsibilities-and impossible choices-await. The gods have not finished with their champion.

Meanwhile, Charlie is struggling with a destiny she never wanted. As Tom's successor, she must learn to become Holly's new shaman while carrying the weight of her own grief. Guided by her newly awakened spirit companion, she discovers that magic is far more dangerous-and far more beautiful-than she ever imagined.

When a mysterious soul corrupted by darkness crosses Holly's path, she faces a challenge unlike any before. This time, defeating evil won't require strength or power. It will require compassion. To save another, Holly must first confront the darkness within herself.

As old wounds reopen, forgotten secrets emerge, and hope begins to shine where none should exist, Holly and Charlie must decide whether healing is truly possible-or whether some losses leave scars that even magic cannot mend.

Lightbringer is an emotional contemporary fantasy inspired by Norse mythology, blending supernatural adventure with unforgettable characters, humour, heartbreak, and the enduring belief that even in the deepest darkness, light can still be found.
