Lightwave

Safety is a longshot, but it's better than no shot at all.

Safe in the middle of a Gov Human military task force, Saree is content. No, she's more than content; her new relationship with Ruhger makes her happy. But when an unknown enemy destroys one of their military escorts, Lightwave is back on the run.

With no idea who attacked them, they can't trust anyone. All they can do is keep folding away, finding new systems and new cover identities. Especially when elements inside Gov Human military blame Saree and Lightwave for the attack and stage a takeover. With enemies on all side, safety is right out the airlock. Mere survival is a longshot...
