I'm excited for you to read this book. It has a lot of personal meaning for me, because over the last few years, I have experienced a lot of limitations and losses, as have you and many people that I love. One of the reasons that I wrote this book is because there's not a lot of information available on the subject. I want you to have a better understanding of what limitations and losses are, and how they impact our lives. This book has practical suggestions, wise counsel and effective solutions to help you understand and navigate your way through limitations and losses. Ultimately I hope that everyone who reads this book, not only learns how to survive them, but to thrive in the midst of them, and to benefit from their presence in our lives.
