That They All May Be One

In an earlier book, Ten Principles with Promise, Lindon J. Robison describes principles with promise that connect our choices with their consequences in ten important settings. This book describes the two most important consequences of our choices at-one-ment or separation.

That They All May Be One adds understanding, direction, and encouragement to those seeking for at-one-ment. It describes the objects of at-one-ment(self, others, and God), the blessings of at-one-ment(validation, caring, beauty, and bread), our four senses of at-one-ment(represented by the metaphors of the mind, heart, hands, and feet), and the desired outcome of at-one-ment(integrity, Zion, and eternal life).

At the conclusion of His mortal ministry, the Savior prayed, That they all may be one(John 17:21). The Focus of His prayer signaled His summary desire for all of us. Therefore, the study and striving for at-one-ment merits our best efforts.
