About the Author
Linda K. Rath, curriculum director for Between the Lions®, holds a doctorate in education from Harvard University andhas been an elementary school teacher for more than twenty years.
Louise Kennedy has been a reporter and editor at the Boston Globe since 1988 and has written for a variety of sections, including "Living/Arts" and the Boston Globe Magazine.
