Lion's Tooth Magic: The Circle of Friends

PARENTAL ADVISORY: This book may contain talking raccoons, flying lions, a rather large dragon, and a giant white cat who is extremely awful. Side effects include: making dandelion wishes, believing in magic, and an overall unwillingness to pull weeds.

Please blame the Princess of the Changing for all of this, as she was quoted as saying:

“Dandelions — unwanted by most — hold great power for those who know how to use them.”

Mackenzie Granger finds this power by making an innocent dandelion wish where she receives the ability to talk to animals. This magical wish leads Mackenzie and her best friend on a magical, dream filled adventure where they become part of the Circle of Friends, an ancient group of beings who protect the land and creatures of Earth.

An exiled dark queen seeks to corrupt all of humanity – claiming all magic and power for herself — magic and power oozing with the blackness of her horrid soul. Sending forth creatures on the whisper of her lies, the dark queen desperately wants to destroy the Circle of Friends and all they hold dear.

Will Mackenzie and the Circle of Friends be able to stop the dark queen before she destroys all of humanity?
