My List : 24 Reflections on Life's Priorities

Based on the inspiring #1 song recorded by Toby Keith

A self-affirming way to make the most of each day

The lyrics to the Billboard country music chart topper, "My List," sung by superstar Toby Keith, winner of the2002 Best Country Around-Fan's Choice Awards for Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist, have already inspired thousands of people to live their lives to the fullest. Now, the writers of "My List" have a created a book by the same name that helps readers live out the song's inspirational message.

As the authors of My List poignantly illustrate, human beings are list makers, attempting to plan out everything from meals to chores to career goals. But writing things down endows them with a certain importance--and important things have a tendency to become priorities.

When running errands takes precedence over living life, it may be time to take stock--and make a new list.

Featuring the motivational song lyrics, as well as reflections, quotes, and prayers, My List encourages and reminds readers to:

• Appreciate the loves in their lives
• Give themselves the gift of fulfilling a forgotten dream
• Look up a long lost friend
• Play a game of catch with their children

Engaging and practical, My List helps readers renew their commitment to living a life that celebrates everyday blessings. Includes a CD of the remarkable song along with a foreword by Toby Keith himself.
