Orange-brown cloth over the spine to patterned paper covered boards with a color portrait of a teacher. 6.75 inches tall; 62 pages plus one page of advert. The bindings are tight and square. Text clean, light even toning. Moderate shelf handling wear with rubbed corners and a scuff in the upper corner of the cover portrait. A lovely Victorian-style Gift Book with all pages bordered in a two-color flower-vine pattern while presenting a collection of poetry and prose.
