Large hardcover (26x19cm) with fair- cover (bottom 5cm of covers dulled/faded from moisture exposure, cloth over front hinge cracked but repaired, boards exposed at corners), good hinges, good pages (light foxing, but 3 of the 48 color illustrations are gone). 96 pages + advertisements. 1909 gift inscription. [2.1 lbs].

I started selling used books in 1985 in Davis, California, and online in 1998. I enjoy the process of using language to fully describe the advantages and blemishes of each book. Language can capture details that a photograph might miss, but if you are visually-oriented, I am happy to send a photo--please include your phone number, since it is easier to send a picture via text than email. I am of "mature" years, but will continue to sell books as long as I am able: I enjoy it too much!
