About the Authors

Caitlin Bouwma credits her love for outdoors an adventure to the small town in Ontario, Canada where she grew up. Since developing an adoration for words when she was only 7 years old, she's been attached to her pen and notebook ever since. Caitlin is a certified Professional Writer with a passion for people and perfectly worded sentences. Little Lexi's Spots is her first published children's story.

For as long as she can remember, Catherine Wilkie has been an artist. Growing up around the hills of Gatineau, Quebec contributed to her love of nature which became a constant source of inspiration for her work. Having graduated for the Illustration and Concept Art program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada, Little Lexi's Spots is the first book she's illustrated.
