First Thus, ca. 1895. Volume One of Walter Crane’s Picture Books which includes "This Little Pig Went To Market", "The Fairy Ship", and "King Luckie Boy’s Party". Illustrated with 23 full-page color plates. Publisher’s full blue cloth with an illustration from "This Little Pig" stamped in black, illustrated endpapers. Each individual story has its own title page illustrated in black and red, and its own pictorial endpapers. Ex-library with library bookplate to the front pastedown (no other marking to the text or binding are present); front illustrated endpaper for "King Luckie Boy’s Party" ¾ has been excised; light shelfwear to boards, else a Very Good copy.
