Model ships, including those of portrait painter Irving R. Wiles. Illustrations include a scene of construction, and models of a Venetian fisherman's boat, a flag-ship of a Dutch admiral from about 1520, an American Brig-of-War from 1812, a seventeenth-century British ship of the line, the Santa Maria, Henry Hudson's ship the Half-moon, and a war-ship of the latter half of the seventeenth century. Housed in protective mylar report cover with spine sleeve.
