Inspired by her whimsical and influential childhood experiences, Kathleen set out to live a positive life of mindfulness and peace. Filled with yoga, education, the arts, and happiness, Kathleen's entire career path was guided by her goal of helping others live a life of mindfulness. Kathleen created a series of children's books and meditations called Joyohboy which help children feel their feelings, be grateful and loving and listen to their hearts and intuition. Kathleen also launched Peace Place for Kids, an online community where children and their families can come to participate in activities such as yoga, meditation, mindful crafts and so much more with the goal of connecting them to a vibration of peace. A frequent guest commentator and speaker in print and on broadcast media, Kathleen has been nationally recognized as a mindfulness parenting and family expert. Kathleen is absolutely in love with dogs, obsessed with pop culture, a self-proclaimed fashionista, a master meditator and big on doing things with integrity and intention.
