Live Fully, Laugh Often.and Don't Forget to Let the Cats Out!

A teaspoon of laughter helps the medicine go down!

The greatest humor in all the world happens when people are simply being people! Life is full of humor for those who look for it! The wisest man who ever lived penned these profound words: "A cheerful heart is a good medicine" Pr. 17:22. Is it spiritual to laugh and be joyful? The words rejoice, joy, joyfully, joyful, and laugh, etc. are found more than 500 times in the Bible!

Sure, life has become sort of grim and we can remember a more joyful time in the past. But, consider this: Kids laugh an average 150 times a day but adults only about 10 times a day! What happened to us? Who said that being an adult, or being a Christian for that matter, means you must go through life with a long face? Lighten up! Do you need strength, a physical boost, or an attitude check-up from the neck up? The cure is found in joy. Studies show that he who laughs, lasts!

Live Fully, Laugh Often...and Don't Forget To Let the Cats Out is a zany collection of zingers, mostly true tales, and senior humor that will have you feeling better in no time. (We included a few cat jokes here and there so we could get away with using the cute title.) Just joking--literally!
