HC published by the First Edition Library in 1992. No DJ. Book comes in a slipcase. Facsimile reproduction of the first edition. Front cover has some scuffing. No writing in book. Binding is tight. Slipcase has some scrapes along the edges, but is in good plus condition.; 256 pages.
