Original price in pencil top right corner opening paste down. Dedication following free page dated April 1927. Mild foxing on opening pages. 2nd to last free e/p tanned. P194 starting to crack bottom of seam. P89 cracking on seam. Some of the pages appear to have been bound slightly overlapping others. The odd small mark, otherwise clean, little wear.
