Red leather spine and corners with marbled paper-covered boards, elaborate gilt decoration and titles to spine, three corners lightly worn, upper front corner scuffed; spine head scuffed with small piece missing; rubbed down hinge. Upper edge gilt, lower edge and fore-edge rough cut, may be some uncut leaves. Sewn binding, solid and tight.
