1876. No Edition Remarks. 474 pages. Fully bound in decorated leather. Featuring the emblem of Queen Victoria stamped into the front board. Bound by the Science and Art Department of the Committee of Council on Education. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Cracking to hinges, no damage to end-papers. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends, with fraying cloth and small splits. Loss to spine head. Gilt lettering has become dull. Book has a slight forward lean.
