Cindy Killip is an award-winning author, educator, medical exercise specialist, and health coach who has been writing and teaching since 1989. Throughout her teens and early 20s, Cindy travelled around the country playing competitive sports, including Olympic Development Women's Soccer and NCAA Collegiate Soccer and Softball. She later cherished her role as a mommy and volunteered in her children's schools and extracurricular activities, including sports, art, and performing arts. Now that their children have grown, Cindy has taken up painting and she and her hubby are busy filling their empty nest with vintage second-hand treasures and smothering their pets with love.
