About the Author
Chris Ewing is an experienced management consultant and educator working in healthcare administration, management consulting, and higher education.
Chris is a former Active Duty Air Force Officer with a specialty in Space and Missile Operations where he held various operational, instructional, and leadership positions from 2004-2012. He is the President of Perficitis Consulting Group, LLC, an SDVOSB specializing in practical leadership consultation at the organizational level. He is the COO of Paradigm Leaders, LLC, a Florida-based SDVOSB that designs and delivers leadership development and management curriculum via a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). He is a Director at Kaiser Permanente in the Northern California region. Additionally, Chris is the Director of the Masters of Science in Human Resource Management program and an Associate Professor at Touro University Worldwide.
His academic background includes a BA in English from Saint Louis University, MA in Adult Education from Central Michigan in Education, a PhD from Capella University in Educational Psychology, a Certificate from Cornell University in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Juran Global.
