About the Author

Cia Ricco is a renowned body-centered psychotherapist with private practice in Hillsdale, NY. Her work incorporates the teachings of Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, Hakomi, NLP, and Gestalt, although her methodology is unique and based on her 25 years as a Tibetan Buddhist meditator.

Cia works with couples, families, and groups, facilitates businesses in communication and team building, and volunteers her services for the support of adolescents.

Ms. Ricco is a heartfelt public speaker and seminar leader as well as a writer, a frequent contributor of advice through radio and national publications, and has had her own radio talk show. Audio tapes and CDs of her teachings and other inspirational products are available through Life Care or at Bookstores.
