Living Open-Handed

Discover abundant peace and unbelievable joy in the middle of life's uncertainty and disappointments.

In Living Open-Handed, join Shruthi Parker for 90 comforting daily devotions that help you experience the soothing balm of God's love when out-of-control situations make you feel like you can't catch your breath.

Life is full of ups and downs. We all have an idea of what's good for us—but it doesn't always match God's plans for us. So how do we learn to trust God's timing, provision, plans, and perspective when we're dealing with the unexpected?

Living Open-Handed invites you to surrender control to God's all-sustaining power and His very good will as you discover how to appreciate the ins and outs and ups and downs that life brings. Along the way, you will see how a situation doesn't need to have a neat ending for you to have joy. You just need Him! Each daily entry includes:

• A carefully chosen Bible verse to anchor your day in God's truth
• An honest daily devotion that speaks to your everyday challenges
• Heartfelt prayers for real-life struggles
• Guided reflection prompts to help you process, grow, and trust God

Living Open-Handed is the perfect gift for friends and loved ones who are in the middle of life's challenges. It makes an ideal comforting and encouraging present for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, or as a 'thinking of you' gift.

God's mercies are new every morning, like gifts ready to open! No matter what comes, He has promised to sustain you. Let Living Open-Handed help you see the goodness and joy He has in store for you each and every day, no matter what challenges you may be facing.
