Living On A Prayer

There's something magical about Jacobs Landing, Maine. It convinces even the most jaded that love is possible. Living on a Prayer is the second book set in this fictional seaside town.

Is a busy Coast Guard career the reason Thomas Martin can't find the right woman? He has never been able to find someone...not until love knocks him off his feet. But before he can convince Eve Tucker they belong together, she disappears without a trace.

Eve has spent most of her life on the run. With death stalking her every move, she has built walls around her heart to keep from getting attached. How did Thomas Martin break through her defenses so quickly? If only she can stay alive long enough to give their love a chance.

Can two people in love defeat life and death odds? If not, they will spend their lives living on a prayer.

What do you want to be when you grow up? Katrina Alexander always knew the answer to this question-a teacher and a writer. She is happy to say she achieved those goals and continues to work in both fields. As an educator for over twenty years, Katrina has taught French, English, and Social Studies, virtually and in the classroom. Her first book A Perfect Miracle launched her career as an author. The introductory novel to the Jacobs Landing series was such a joy to write and publish, she was happy to repeat the process.
