About the Author

Glen Alex is an award-winning Author, Clinical Social Worker, Massage Therapist, Speaker, Health & Wellness coach, and Host of award-winning The Glen Alex Show podcast. Living In Total Health won the 2021 Indie Book Award for health and wellness, and was a finalist in the mind, body, spirit category. Glen previously published The Massage Advantage biannual newsletter for over twelve years. She has also been published in The Journal of Community Practice, the Nevada Business Journal, the Messages Straight from The Heart Anthology, and the Wellness Through Words Anthology. Glen developed an anger management program for women who are violent, worked with both battered women and batterers, and clients with other issues. Glen has more than twenty-eight years of professional experience in healthcare and is on a lifelong pursuit for optimal health. She is currently writing her second book. When Glen is not working in one of her many careers, Glen enjoys playing tennis, working out, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
