First edition second impression. 5½ x 8½" pp. xiii + 338. Near fine in brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine. In good dust wrapper which has two small tears to the rear and base but with no loss. Clean and bright with no marks, stains, inscriptions or labels.

Shipping terms
Books are usually shipped within two working days using Royal Mail in book boxes (or larger boxes for mulitple volumes) and shipping rates quoted include a contribution to packaging. Shipping costs for the UK are based on a parcel weight of under 2 kg. International postage rates are based on a book of 1 kg or less. If the book is over 1kg we will ask for additional charges.
