Lockdown: 2034

In the year 2034, Great Britain faces the new and dangerous Appadorex33 virus, which slowly turns men into cannibalistic monsters. The Prime Minister, Karl Stilling, has put the whole nation into lockdown, providing the people shelter and safety from the virus by converting indoor shopping centers into luxurious quarantine zones. Where those free of infection live in peace and harmony, enjoying a new life without fear or threat from the outside world. However, a young man by the name of Norman Reed begins to question his new reality, when he is sent on a very important mission to save the world, by delivering the recently developed cure to different quarantine zones across the wasteland. Norman will uncover the dark and sinister truth behind the so called "Utopia" that Karl Stilling has created for the people of Great Britain. Nothing is as it seems in this cruel world where you must comply or die.

A thrilling story of adventure and political satire, this book is a black mirror pointing back at corrupt politicians who lie to their people and bury the truth behind fabricated tales of horror and misery. Joseph Roy Wright proves that sometimes the pen truly is mightier than the sword, in this mind-bending novel full of twists and turns that will shock and surprise you until the very last page.
