My Log Was My Diary

After retiring and more than 20, 000 hours of logged flying time, with an ATP and CFI in helicopters, single and multi-engine aircraft, seaplane and instrument, she decided to use her log books to share some of her experiences and fun with others. She wrote this book, not in any real order, just hoping that someone can pick it up to any page and find something to enjoy.

Jean learned to fly at the age of 35 after being wife and Mother of three. Her only desire was to learn how to land as she often accompanied pilots in small aircraft, and wanted to be able to take over in an emergency. At first, just a hobby, it became a 24/7 job when she married Mac and they started their own little business called Em too.
