Second edition, with frontispiece illustration. Original blue cloth, pictorially blocked in colours and gilt to front board and spine with title in rope lettering, anchor blocked in black to rear board. Spine rubbed and a little darkened with fraying to spine ends and along the joints; some wear and bumping to corners and edges, a few small marks to rear board. Pictorial front board bright. Prelims lightly toned; frontispiece present.
