Two volumes, 1952 and 1955; First Series, [4], v-vii, [2], 2-206pp, and Second Series, [5], vi-vii, [1], 242pp. Original cloth in DJ's. DJ's rubbed to extremities, chipped to spine ends and corners with small amounts of loss, DJ of first series lightly soiled, second series DJ with small tear to head of spine. Name stamp of James Griffin to ffep's, a few instances of marginalia by Griffin, but generally fairly clean. Antony Garrard Newton Flew (1923-2010) was an English philosopher. Belonging to the analytic and evidentialist schools of thought, Flew worked on the philosophy of religion Size: 8vo.
