- Book 4 of 5: Loki: A Bad God’s Guide
Being the God of Mischief comes with a very long enemies list. The hilarious series continues in this fourth volume, now featuring a brand-new cover and doodle-packed stained edges.
Packed with doodles and cartoons, Loki’s hilarious diary continues as the trickster god—still trapped on Earth as an eleven-year-old—discovers that some grudges last a lifetime.
Loki has made more than a few enemies during his time in Asgard. Too many to count—and certainly too many to remember. So when the elf Vinir appears in a magical chariot and challenges Loki to a duel, Loki has absolutely no idea what he’s done this time.
Using his legendary gift for talking his way out of trouble, Loki convinces Vinir there’s little honor in dueling someone who can’t even remember the offense—or an eleven-year-old child. Problem solved…or so he thinks.
When Vinir turns up at school in child form, still determined to settle the score, Loki must face one of his oldest enemies while discovering that some mistakes are harder to escape than others.
Louie Stowell’s witty storytelling and laugh-out-loud illustrations return in another magical adventure filled with friendship, mischief, and mythological mayhem.

About the Author
Louie Stowell started her career writing carefully researched books about space, ancient Egypt, politics, and science, but eventually lapsed into just making stuff up. The author of the Kit the Wizard series, she was inspired by her research into Norse myths to write Loki: A Bad God’s Guide to Being Good, which became a number-one UK bestseller, and its sequels, Loki: A Bad God’s Guide to Taking the Blame and Loki: A Bad God’s Guide to Ruling the World. Louie Stowell writes full-time in London, where she lives with her wife, Karen; their dog, Buffy; and a creepy puppet that is probably cursed.
