14pp extract, printed in double columns, illustrated with 8 drawings, including two full-page plates, portraits, salvaged from a damaged issue of Harper's Monthly Magazine, Volume CXXV, No. 745, June, 1912. Brighton, East Sussex, England. Illustrations include a night view of an enchanted castle, mansions of Georgian days, the beach with its rows of lumbering bathing machines, Miss Cowley's bun shop, the morning promenade, a beach scene at low tide, the north gate of the Royal Pavilion, and the Royal Pavilion Gardens. Housed in protective mylar report cover with spine sleeve.
