Hardcover; Hardcover: Deep red cloth binding with title in box in gold on front board and spine. Board corners and spine ends and edges are frayed. Lower front hinge is bumped. Soil and faint cup marks to boards. Textured paste downs and first and last free endpapers show light soil. Second and third endpapers are noticeably soiled and foxed, with previous owners stamp on endpaper opposite copyright page. Some of the text pages are a bit rough. Most of the text/photo pages are completely intact, however some pages are chipped, worn and creased at edges, some tape repairs. Occasional finger soil and foxing. Page 29-30 has three inch triangular piece missing. The photos on those two pages have the surrounding trees and sky missing, but the building itself is intact.
