About the Author

Born in California, being the youngest in a family of 4, JJ Cunningham spent his educational years pursuing life and sports until he finally found his passion with words. He talks about stories, or lives as he would put it, playing in his head like a movie or a visage. Often his children would shape one of the characters who later on would develop into a supporting cast member within. JJ Cunningham and his wife also find it intriguing to implement something apart of their lives into the covers of his books. Through family life, and lessons learned in the world, a path has been created and JJ Cunningham has placed both feet upon it, following it towards a destination of the Doctorate kind -A goal he had set during the writing of The Long Road Home. He currently is working on two other titles, as well as a book of poetry that will be collaborated with his wife, which is scheduled to be released sometime in winter 2013.
