This is a print satirizing Queen Caroline's (Princess Caroline of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, estranged wife of King George IV) relationship with Bartolomeo Pergami. The print depicts a diminutive Queen Caroline holding hands with a very tall Bergami, with another couple (Louisa Demont and Theodore Maiocchi?) observing them from behind.
