His far-ranging passions include eCommerce, social CRM, long-range career planning, and how corporate cultures need to evolve in the digital world. Brian was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. He plays hockey on Sunday nights, and plays guitar and harmonica in a rock band, aptly named Plan B.
