The Long Way Here

A journey through life’s twists and turns—toward clarity, courage, and authentic leadership.

What if the setbacks, detours, and losses you’ve faced are not obstacles—but essential milestones on the road to becoming who you’re meant to be?

In The Long Way Here, executive coach and storyteller Anne Spoldi draws on her own journey and the wisdom of those she has coached to illuminate what it means to grow. Through stories of resilience, reinvention, adoption, and personal loss, she invites readers to embrace change, honor vulnerability, and find courage in the unfolding path of their own lives. Spoldi reminds us that leadership isn’t reserved for titles or corner offices—the first person we must all learn to lead is ourselves.

You’ll learn how to:

• Transform unexpected challenges into opportunities for growth
• Discover and live by your personal values
• Cultivate resilience in the face of change and grief
• Lead authentically in work, family, and community
• Use journaling as a tool for reflection and transformation

For anyone navigating life’s twists and turns, The Long Way Here is both a companion and a compass—guiding you to walk your path with courage, clarity, and heart.
