All book orders are subject to prior sale, and we will make every effort to advise alternatives.

We accept Paypal, check or cash or payment through ABE.

U.S. ORDERS: For most books, we are able to ship within 24-48 hours. First book is $7 for book rate U.S. mail; additional titles are $3.00 per book. Priority mail is $14 for the first book title and $3.00 for each additional title. Some titles may vary in shipping and handling costs due to size, weight and value. We will advise. Insurance coverage is available upon request by the buyer. This usually cost is $5; and we will invoice you. Please let us know prior to shipment if you require insurance for media rate. Thank you. All priority mail is automatically insured.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please inquire as to exact costs. We ship per actual US Post Office rates via Air Priority, usually flat rate. Oversize books and weight over 4 pounds will require extra postage to be arranged. Payment may be made by International Money Order in U.S. Dollars, a check drawn from a U.S. bank or by Paypal.

Please reserve your book title(s) by e-mail and include your name, shipping address, and email address. E-mail is the fastest way to insure your reservation and title availability. Your order will be be held for one (1) week, and upon receipt of check or money order, and we will ship by U.S. mail. Please make your check payable to 'Longhouse.'

Institutions will be billed to meet their needs.

RETURNS are accepted within five days of receipt if the purchased book is not in "as described condition" per our online ABE description. Please notify us in advance before making your return, and as long as the condition has not been altered. We are unable to accept a return unless you write us PRIOR to your formal ABE refund claim. We can then make every effort for a solution, exchange or re-send of another copy in stock. Thank you.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
