About the Author: Nelson Sindze Wembe, born in 1989, works as a postdoctoral researcher at Universität Bremen. He completed his doctorate within the DFG-funded Research Training Group Contradictions Studies and was affiliated with the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS). His research lies at the intersection of comparative literature, African studies, diaspora studies, and film studies.
