They merely offer glimpses of life, often everyday life, in Lane County, focusing on commerce and industry, agriculture, schools, sports, the University of Oregon, transportation, community groups and more. We want to thank the many local residents and organizations who shared priceless photos with us. This project would not have been possible without the generous participation of the Lane County Historical Museum, the Springfield Museum, and the University of Oregon Knight Library. We hope you enjoy looking back at Lane Countys early years.
