About this Item

This gorgeous set is an incredible find and appears nearly as new. It is the 1965 edition of this incredible series featuring The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King. The set is in the original slip case, which has minimal wear (some minor spots of wear on the edges and on the side label. The books and their jackets look almost brand new, including the folded maps. The Return of The King dust Jacket is the only spot in the set with wear, featuring about a 1" tare on the bottom edge of the spine and the edge of the front cover. No longer noticeable in a protective mylar jacket. The Two Towers has a small ink spot on the exterior edge of the pages on the bottom (unsure if this is original to the book). This set is about as close as new off the shelf as you can find. Photos available.

If I do not describe a book well enough or make an error in the listing I will refund you completely once the book has been returned to me. If the return is due to my error I will cover the return shipping costs.

I use new materials and cover each book with bubble wrap before I set it safely into a larger box lined with new, soft, packaging paper.
