Originally published 1954-5, this is Second Edition, Revised set from 1966, mixed impressions. The Fellowship of the Ring, a third impression of 1968. The Two Towers, a fifth impression of 1970, The Return of the Kind, a fifth impression of 1970. All three volumes in Fine condition in red cloth, each with tipped-in map to rear pastedown, texts complete, unworn and unmarked, in Near Fine dull greenish-grey dustwrapper, each price-clipped, slight dulling of spine-panels. 423pp./352pp./440pp. with Index and Appendices in last volume.
