About the Author

Kyle Rohrig lives in Navarre, Florida and still partakes in major thru hikes. To this day he and Katana have accrued more than 7,000 long distance hiking miles since their initial thru hike of the Appalachian Trail; including thru hikes of the Pacific Crest Trail and Continental Divide Trail. Kyle continues to write about his ongoing adventures while sharing photographs, stories, invaluable tips and information through his website and blog, as well as other mediums. Packing--all books are sent in protective mailers or custom-made cardboard boxes.

Shipping Rates-- (subject to change as USPS changes its rates). Typically, all packages are mailed USPS media mail and the rates are governed by USPS; media mail rates (base $4.50) plus .25 per additional pound as of Jan 1, 2019. (subject to change). Customers may request priority mail when a book will fit (packaged securely) within a flat-rate priority mailer. Priority mail- 10.00 and13.00 (legal). When a customer desires priority mail for a larger book or set of books, the shipping price must be pre-arranged with seller. International shipping rates vary by country and weight. Please inquire in advance and we will communicate back quickly with a postage price.
