Lost Cause: A Rikki Talens Adventure

A forgotten ship. A dangerous past. And a treasure that could rewrite history—if it doesn’t get them killed first.

Former spy Milo Oder thought he’d left danger behind—until a mysterious cache of Civil War documents lands in his hands and a would-be assassin follows close behind. Across the Atlantic, marine historian Rikki Talens is pulled into the storm when an old flame resurfaces with a dive request—and an invitation to unlock secrets buried beneath the Gulf.

But they’re not alone. Someone else is after the wreck and the legend it carries: a storied blade once tied to Britain’s darkest dealings with the Confederacy. From London’s shadowy alleys to the sunlit wrecks off Florida’s Forgotten Coast, Rikki and Milo must decode a legacy of treason, greed, and blood before history’s ghosts claim new victims.

Perfect for fans of Steve Berry, Clive Cussler, and Daniel Silva, Lost Cause blends maritime mystery, high-stakes espionage, and slow-burn romantic tension into an unforgettable thriller.
