Lost Me Loving You: Then I Found Me Loving Me

Have you ever lost yourself trying to love someone else?

In Lost Me Loving You: Then I Found Me Loving Me, Amina Rae Carter shares a powerful, heartfelt journey of self-abandonment, heartbreak, and ultimate self-reclamation. Through the story of Amina, a woman who poured everything into a relationship while slowly disappearing readers are guided through the quiet ways we lose our confidence, voice, dreams, boundaries, and peace.

This book is not about blaming others. It is about reclaiming yourself. With honest storytelling, reflective questions, and daily affirmations at the end of each chapter, Carter helps readers recognize red flags they once called love, set boundaries without guilt, forgive themselves for what they didn't know, and rebuild a life rooted in self-worth.

Perfect for anyone who stayed too long, ignored their intuition, or forgot their own value while trying to prove it to someone else. Lost Me Loving You is a testimony of healing, a guide to choosing yourself, and a reminder that the love you've been searching for has always lived within you.

Welcome to your journey home.
