Love And Its Aftermath A Collection of Poems on Loving, Losing, Unlearning and Becoming

This debut poetry collection emerges from reflection, heartbreak, and the quiet aftermath of love lost. These poems explore the spaces between regret, gratitude, memory, and self-discovery, offering an honest look at love's beauty, its pain, and the growth that follows. Deeply personal yet universally human, this debut collection introduces a distinctive new voice in contemporary poetry, one that moves with quiet strength and unflinching honesty. It is an offering born of tenderness and thought, of fractures and flowering, a testament to the courage it takes to love, to lose, and to rise again.

Leikee Youton Agbbet is a research scholar in English studies, a budding writer, and a poet from Arunachal Pradesh in Northeast India - a region known as the Land of Dawnlit Mountains. Her work explores the delicate spaces between love, loss, identity, and becoming. "Agbbet", meaning "a girl blessed beyond everything", reflects not only a chosen acronym but also her pen name, to reflect a philosophy shaped by gratitude and growth. When she is not immersed in research, Agbbet finds solace in poetry, where she transforms personal confessions into a universal quest.
