Tracy Spring is known for her well-crafted songs about the human condition, rich, compelling vocals, and versatile guitar playing. Based in beautiful Bellingham, Washington, she's played in folk venues and festivals throughout North America and Australia for over four decades, often combining her musical life with social justice work. "Love Doesn't Care Who You Love" is the first in her "Grandmother Tales" series: children's books that tell uplifting stories of kindness, courage, and caring for each other and our beautiful Earth, inspired by the scenes and messages written in her songs. The art of distilling a tale into a song requires deep attention to economy of words and very intentional use of metaphor and imagery. Add the emotional impact of woven melody and chord structure and the result is memorable and powerful! Please visit www.TracySpring.com for updates about the series and links to her music work.
